 | Adam Deciccio |
Even as a young boy growing up in Providence, RI Adam’s love of firearms was immanent
and he dreamed of one day joining the U.S. military. Not long after graduating high school
Adam enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Infantry man. He was assigned to the 10th Mountain
Division where he went through rigorous combat training with an M4 rifle for 2 years until
his first deployment in August 2003. While on deployment, Adam’s Platoon Sergeant noticed
that he was by far the best marksman with a rifle and he was chosen to attend sniper school
and advanced long range marksmanship training. After returning from his first deployment
Adam decided that he would like to learn even more about tactical close quarters combat with
an M4 which drove him to enroll into just about every rifle marksmanship training course that
the Army had to offer.
Returning back from his second deployment to Iraq Adam’s hard work and knowledge level paid
off, he was promoted to “Squad Leader” and given his recent promotion was then eligible to
attend one of the most advanced and most physically and mentally demanding marksmanship schools
in the Army; The MLARM (Mountain Leadership Advanced Marksmanship) course. After completing
this 4 week course and receiving the “Top Gun” award in his class, Adam was awarded the title
of “Master Gunner” with the M4 rifle.
Adam received an honorable discharge from the Army in 2007 achieving the rank of Sergeant.
He then moved to Arizona to pursue a career in the firearms industry. Adam’s vast knowledge
of the M4 rifle lead him to Caswell’s where he now works as a Range Officer and Firearms Instructor.
Adam teaches the Tactical Carbine Skills course and also works with our unarmed personal defense
staff in the Women’s Personal Protection course as well as our Unarmed Self Defense course.

Bridger Kimball |
Bridger’s interest in firearms began at a very young age. Growing up, Bridger’s
father took him out to the desert on occasion where he learned to shoot a .22 rifle
and before he knew it his son was addicted. After high school Bridger joined the
United States Marine Corps where he served as a Rifleman until an injury during a
training exercise forced him to change jobs. Bridger was then attached to 1st Marine
Regimental office as a legal clerk and Range Coach. It was then that his joy for
instructing others was born. He worked on the rifle and pistol ranges daily to help
Marines learn better shooting techniques with not only their service pistols but also
their M16s. After leaving the Marine Corps in 2001 Bridger wanted to find a job where
he could not only utilize his skills in firearms instructing but also learn the aspects
of the firearms retail business.
Bridger started as a Sales Representative at Caswells in February 2001. After working
on the sales floor for a year Bridger wanted to become an Instructor, he took the NRA
Instructor’s course at his first opportunity. After receiving his credentials Bridger
secondary instructed in numerous classes to gain the knowledge he needed in order to
teach his own course.

 | Eric Zinn |
Eric was raised around firearms and gunsmithing. Son of an avid hunter and sportsman,
he helped his father build muzzle loading rifles and pistols as well as tuning and
refinishing center fire firearms. Eric continued working on his family, friends and his own
firearms after leaving home. It was when he started customizing 1911s for his friends
that his hobby went to the next level.
In August 1994, one of his friends, whose pistol he had already done a considerable
amount of work to, asked him to do something that he was not comfortable doing without
proper training/experience. His friend then took his gun to "Kennedy Kustom Guns". When
the owner asked who had done the work on his pistol, he told him about Eric. His friend
then relayed a message to Eric from the owner of "Kennedy Kustom Guns" that if he
would like a job as an apprentice, he was already hired.
Eric apprenticed at "Kennedy Kustom Guns" for six years learning everything he could
from the five different gunsmiths he had the opportunity to work, with including Paul
Wysocki (who he still works with). 1911s are still his passion, being the only style
firearm that he uses whether it's for daily carry, USPSA/IPSC competition, or Three-Gun
competition.
Eric is an USPSA/IPSC "Master Class" competitor with numerous class wins at
international level competitions. He is a NROI certified range officer and is working
toward obtaining his Chief range officer certification.
Currently Eric is attending college for a degree in Tool and Die making, as well as being
in an apprenticeship program for Tool and Die, since 2000. His goal is to obtain the
knowledge and skills to be able to fabricate any and every part of a firearm. Eric has
extensive training and knowledge of the functioning and operation of modern firearms. His
real world experience, formal firearms training, and competition background give him an
insight to the customer's needs not found in most gunsmiths.
